A cultural home where every child gets to belong out loud.

BOLD: Belong Out Loud is a new initiative under Cubs Learning Hub, building joyful, inclusive spaces where children, families, and culture keepers grow together.

Our story

Why BOLD exists.

BOLD grew out of a simple observation: children flourish when their language, their culture, and their stories are visible in the rooms they walk into. Too often, the spaces where families learn, play, and gather don't quite have room for everyone.

BOLD is being built — slowly, intentionally, with the community — to be one of those rooms. A monthly Family Culture Lab. A network of teaching artists. Partnerships with schools and libraries. Take-home culture kits. Story circles where a grandmother's recipe is the lesson.

BOLD helps children and families celebrate identity, language, culture, heritage, and belonging through art, storytelling, play-based learning, and community-centered cultural exchange.
